Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the BBVN bus ticket booking platform ("Service"). By booking a ticket through BBVN, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services provided

BBVN is an intermediary platform connecting customers with bus operators. We provide:

• Search and comparison of inter-provincial bus trips.
• Reservation and online prepayment via bank transfer (VietQR) or VNPay.
• Ticket confirmation and notifications via email.

BBVN is not a carrier. Bus operators are responsible for the transport service, safety and punctuality.

3. Booking information

• When booking a ticket, you provide contact information (name, phone number, email) for each booking.
• BBVN does not require you to create an account. Each booking is an independent transaction.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information to receive ticket confirmation and to be contacted when needed.

4. Booking and payment

• Seats are held temporarily (up to 12 minutes) during payment.
• Payment is made via bank transfer. Tickets are confirmed after payment is successfully received.
• The displayed ticket price includes all fees. There are no hidden fees.
• If payment is not completed within the hold period, the seat will be released for others to book.

5. Cancellation and refund

The cancellation and refund policy is set out in detail in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. That policy is an inseparable part of these Terms of Service.

6. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking (name, phone number).
• Be present at the pickup point on time.
• Comply with the bus operator's rules throughout the trip.
• Do not use the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

BBVN is not responsible for: (a) the quality of the transport service provided by the bus operator; (b) damages caused by delay, trip cancellation or accidents during transport; (c) loss of luggage or personal property on the bus. BBVN's maximum compensation liability shall not exceed the value of the ticket paid.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, logo and source code of BBVN belong to us and are protected under Vietnamese intellectual property law.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Vietnam.
